What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your message
- booking details, such as the service, date, start time and length of a session
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and to arrange your booking or enquiry. We don’t use it for anything else.
Who handles it
These services process data on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this site and provides its analytics
- Resend, which delivers the emails your forms send us
- Google Maps, whose embedded map loads on the Contact page
We don’t sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to reply and to arrange the booking. This site doesn’t store form submissions in a database; they reach us as email.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Write to info@ashlaraudio.com.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact us at info@ashlaraudio.com.
Children
This site isn’t aimed at children. If you’re a parent or guardian and a child’s details have reached us, write to us and we’ll erase them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
